Unfurnished requirements for approval:
- Approved credit score and background check - The income of a minimum 3 times the rent
- 3 most recent pay stubs & 3 most recent bank statements
- Credit score minimum of 700 to get approved with a normal deposit of $1000.00. If credit is approved lower it can go as high as a double rent deposit.
